Business Manager
My name is Rachel, and I’m the business manager at Sand Dollar Dental. While I primarily manage the front office, I’m always ready and qualified to jump in the back and help wherever needed. I’ve had the privilege of working alongside Dr. Graves for the past 7 years and have been married to him for over 23 years. I truly enjoy helping patients achieve their best smile and making sure their expectations are met at every visit. Creating a welcoming experience and supporting both our team and our patients is one of my favorite parts of what I do.

Insurance Coordinator
Jessica is a fantastic addition to our team, bringing a wealth of knowledge and experience that really makes a difference. Front Office Coordinator
Hi, I’m Kandi! I’m the first face you’ll see when you walk into the office, and I take pride in creating a welcoming and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors. From coordinating schedules to handling insurance verification, I enjoy helping patients feel informed, comfortable, and cared for throughout their visit. When I’m not at work, you can usually find me spending time at the beach, making memories with my kids, and enjoying life with my dachshunds.
Lisa
Dental Assistant
Lisa is a dedicated dental assistant at Sand Dollar Dental with a passion for helping people feel confident in their smiles. Outside of work, she loves life on the water, spending time boating, jet skiing and kayaking, and her favorite passion, snow skiing. She also loves football, especially the Denver Broncos. Known for her fun personality, strong work ethic, and love for her family and friends, Lisa brings positive energy everywhere she goes!

I’m Mya White. I have a cat named Mike Wadowski and I’m just a homebody who loves Italian food, movies/tv shows, cooking, and playing video games. I like going on runs and working out, but I’m also perfectly happy staying in and relaxing with a good show or trying new recipes.

Dental Hygienist
Hi, I’m Lexi! As a dental hygienist, I’m passionate about helping patients feel at ease and actually enjoy their experience (or at least not dread it). I focus on gentle care, clear communication, and creating a calm, comfortable environment for everyone who sits in my chair. Outside of work, I like to keep life fun and a little unpredictable (and maybe a few questionable decisions), so I always have a story ready to share while your mouth is wide open. I love this career because it allows me to build relationships, ease fears, and make a real impact on people’s everyday confidence.

Hi, I’m Brooklynn. I am originally from Tennessee. I live here with my 3 fur babies and my fiancé. Previously, I served in the Air Force for 4 years as a dental assistant. Our motto was “Excellence in all we do.” Today, I still hold that motto close. Keeping my patients safe, comfortable, and relaxed isn’t just part of my job, it is my priority. Every patient comes in with their own stories and histories, and to know that I have made even the slightest positive impact is what makes each day even more special.

Hi, I’m Lander Taylor. I oversee all the marketing for Sand Dollar Dental. Originally from Tallahassee, I moved to Pensacola for college and was so drawn to the city’s beauty that I decided to stay after I graduated. In my free time, I’m a big outdoors enthusiast, particularly enjoying fishing, boating, and spending time on the water with friends, whether at the beach or a sandbar.
