Appointment Cancellation Policy

We reserve time specifically for each patient and want to make sure every visit feels unhurried and personal. To keep our schedule running smoothly for everyone, we ask that you provide as much notice as possible if you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment.

What to Know

We kindly request at least 48 business hours' notice for any appointment change or cancellation so we can offer the time to another patient who needs care.
Appointments cancelled with less than 48 hours' notice, or missed without notice (no-shows), may be subject to a cancellation fee at the practice's discretion.
Repeated short-notice cancellations or missed appointments may require a deposit to reserve future visits.
We understand emergencies happen — please contact our office as soon as possible and we will work with you to find a solution.
